Haigler & Associates Law Firm

Caitlin “Katie” Davis is a zealous advocate with experience in a variety of legal matters, including real estate litigation, complex commercial disputes, family law, and personal injury. Katie knew she wanted to be a lawyer from an early age and has worked diligently to achieve that dream. She worked in hospitality for nearly a decade, during which time she obtained her Bachelor’s in International Affairs from the University of Georgia. She is a “Double Dawg,” having also attended the University of Georgia School of Law. During her time in law school, she completed a judicial externship in the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court under the Honorable Amanda Trimble, was an editor for the Georgia Law Review, joined the Moot Court Team, and participated in the First Amendment Clinic, where she became the first student in the Clinic’s history to argue in federal court under Georgia’s Student Practice Rule.

After graduating from the UGA School of Law in 2024, Katie began her legal career at an AmLaw 100 firm, practicing in real estate and financial services litigation. There, she honed her skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy, both in the courtroom and alternative dispute resolution. As an attorney with Haigler & Associates, Katie is passionate about using the skills honed at a national firm to represent individuals and small businesses in her community.

As an advocate, Katie is thorough and knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver. With her hospitality experience, Katie truly believes that law is a service industry, and she goes above and beyond to help her clients meet their objectives. Katie is admitted to practice at all levels of the Georgia state courts, as well as in federal court in the Northern District of Georgia. She has also worked on matters in several other state and federal jurisdictions, and is comfortable completing the pro hac vice process where needed.
